Biking 56kms on my 56th Birthday

As per family tradition, started by my mom, who used to bike 50 miles on her birthday, than 60 miles, followed by 70 on her 70th birthday, my older sister, and myself have been doing a similar habit except I do something every year. See some crazy samples below...

So for this year, my 56th Birthday, I bicycled 56Kms around Metro-Manila, which is full of elevation changes all over the place - and traffic! The ride took me nearly 5 hours.
