NCR LOOP

I am progressing on the various traditional Loops that launch out from Manila and end back in Manila on my bicycle. I ride them, document them via video and edit them for uploading. I finished Bataan Loop, Laguna Loop, and NCR Loop. I am researching what the next one will be. If you have not seen the videos associated with these loops here they are:

The BATAAN LOOP is a series of FOUR videos Here is the first one:

The LAGUNA LOOP is found here:

A 100 Kilometer Metric Century Ride is viewable here:

And my most recent NCR Loop is watchable here:

Oh, I almost forgot. I made a Zigzag Highway Loop trip the weekend before that. You can watch it here:

Some simple comments about the NCR LOOP:

I would suggest that if you are from the Manila-wide area, the NCR Loop needs to be a mandatory Loop on your list. It is, by the way, your home area, and is beneficial for you to be familiar with your cities.

Start early like 0300 or 0330 AM so that you can finish before dark on the next day. That is what I did. I started at 0330 AM and finished by 16:45 PM the next day. I spend 13 hours on the trip with 7 of them being actual moving hours and six of them being resting, eating, photos, breaks, video taking, etc.

I had a good pace of just under 17 Kph which was perfect. I had energy to spare at the end. I don't really eat much on these trips, mostly massive drinks, and maybe three times noodles by the road.

I use Strava for my mapping. I left a completed map on my Strava account. You can look at it as a reference. I will paste all the directions below to make it easy for you.
